As a Assembly & Warehouse Employee, you will join a team of two colleagues — you will be the third link that completes the team.

Larsen & Buhl is a manufacturer and supplier for the medical, aerospace, semiconductor, agricultural, maritime and biotechnology sectors. Larsen & Buhl is certified according to ISO13485 and AS9100 standards. We manufacture precision components from various materials such as aluminium, stainless steel, and plastics, and provide high-quality products that meet strict standards and regulations.

The work is varied and hands-on:

• Assembling precision components (this is precision work, so attention to detail is important)
• Supporting warehouse activities (organizing, preparing, tracking, packing, shipping, sawing, issuing materials)
• Thinking along about how processes can be improved, made smarter, or more efficient
• Working together to ensure a smooth workflow

You don’t need to know everything yet, but practical skills and motivation are essential.

• You are practical and work accurately
• You take initiative and see what needs to be done
• You are a true team player: you support colleagues and are open to feedback
• You speak Dutch
• You value a good balance between focused work and room for humor
